Branding Crew Meatloaf Recipe
Ingredients:
* 1 1/2 pound ground beef
* Onion, to taste
* Salt, pepper, savory salt
* 1 cup cracker crumbs
* 1 cup milk
* 1 egg slightly beaten
* 1/4 cup tomato soup (optional)
* 1/4 cup catsup or ketchup
* 3 tablespoons brown sugar
* 1/4 teaspoon nutmeg
* 1 teaspoon dry mustard
* Water
Directions:
Mold beef, onion, seasonings, cracker crumbs, milk, egg and tomato soup into a loaf shape. Place in a pan and over the top pour the catsup, brown sugar, nutmeg, dry mustard mixed with a little water. Bake 1 hour in a preheated 350 degree oven.
